BORDEAUX
CLAIRET
is a product single, specific to the soil of Bordeaux,
related
to our English history which saw the beginning of our
exports of
"CLARET".
The
Clairet of Château Vignol results from a quite ripe
grape
bleeding taken after a cuvaison from 36 to 48 hours.
"the Clairet is
above all a light red wine: more coloured, more
flexible, aromatic,
richer than Rosé. The Clairet is a wine of fruit
flavours,
it has the gustatory width of a red wine with less
tannins and much
more flavours" Bernard DOUBLET.
The
Clairet
is
consumed young, two to three years of age, it is a wine
of relaxation,
charmer by its fruity, pleasant by its roundness;
Married with the
entries, the pork-butcheries, skewers, pizza pie, the
dishes exotic...
not to be used too cold (11° for 12° C).
